I live in/around Ottawa. Can I arrange local pickup to save on shipping?

We're primarily an online retailer but we do allow local pickup of orders at our Nepean warehouse when order volume is manageable. At peak times like new product launches, we will suspend new local pickup orders for a few days, and a banner on the home page will indicate this.

The local order pickup option is available for postal codes within 75km of Ottawa. Once you enter an applicable postal code in the shopping cart/estimate shipping or checkout/shipping address areas, you should see the "Local Order Pickup" option. A $2 fee applies to this option.

You will receive a first email confirming your order, and then another email to indicate that the order is ready for pickup. The warehouse address is below, and will be sent to you by email also including a Google Maps link. Please pickup your order within 30 days, or it will be automatically restocked and refunded.
