Can I modify an order that I've already checked out?

Our platform doesn’t allow us to modify existing orders. But, if you need to add or remove something, we can cancel and refund your existing order to allow you to place a new one with different contents.

Please email us at support@pishop.ca and specify the order number you'd like to have refunded.
