Where do you ship orders to, and how?

We ship customer orders to Canada and the United States only. Retailers who join our re-seller program may have orders shipped to them outside of North America if certain payment methods are used and the retailers use their own shipping accounts. Please note that orders addressed to freight forwarders without prior approval from us will be canceled.

Normally we ship orders the same or the next business day. Our shipping cut-off time is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm are normally shipped the next business day. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a notification email summarizing your order and providing a tracking link for your package.

Shipping addresses must be complete and accurate. If a unit or apartment number is part of your address, it must be included. Orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Methods

• Shipments within Canada are made using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service or UPS Standard. Please note that Expedited Parcel is only available for orders up to 22kg.
• Shipments to the United States are made using UPS Standard International. 

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are set by weight. To see the shipping rates for your cart contents, click 'Add Info' from the 'View Cart' page.

You'll then see the rates for each of the three shipment methods, and the ability to set your method of choice.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery times and that refunds on shipping fees are not provided for overdue shipments.
