Where do you ship orders to, and how?
We ship customer orders to Canada and the United States only. Retailers who join our re-seller program may have orders shipped to them outside of North America if certain payment methods are used and the retailers use their own shipping account. Please note that orders addressed to freight forwarders without prior approval from us will be canceled.
Normally we ship orders the same or the next business day. Our shipping cut-off time is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm are normally shipped the next business day. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a notification email summarizing your order and providing a tracking link for your package.
Important: All carriers have temporarily removed guarantees on parcel delivery times due to exceptional shipping volume. Please note that shipping delays should be expected.
Shipments within Canada are made using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service or UPS Standard or Express Saver.
