I'm missing the USB-C bridge

You recently received your PiKVM but you are missing the USB-C to USB-C bridge?

Fear not! The team found a brilliant way to protect it for shipping! Unfortunately, this makes it a little hard to find. From some feedback we received, it appears we hid it a little TOO well...

Look carefully at the remote ATX board:

Now, look at the little pink foam and you will see the USB-C to USB-C bridge!

And there it is!
